Endometrial cancer may recur regionally within the pelvis or in distant sites, including the lung, bone, liver, and brain.

Patients may have any of the following signs and symptoms:
- bone metastases
- brain metastases
- hepatic metastases
- hypercalcemia
- pulmonary metastases
